Thank you for shopping with Dust & Pixels! We carefully prepare each order and want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible.

Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product. In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or print-on-demand products may require additional processing time before shipment.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders of $70 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping. Express shipping is available for $15.00 when eligible.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Multiple Shipments
Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations. If so, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Dust & Pixels is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a shipping issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any applicable photos so we can assist you.
